Vintage Blue and White Arita Porcelain Bowl - Mandarin Ducks

This lovely vintage hand-painted blue and white porcelain bowl in the Arita style features a pair of Mandarin ducks, a symbol of fidelity and wedded bliss.

Made in Japan, this bowl is overall great condition for its vintage age and has no cracks, chips, or crazing (fine cracks in the glaze). Original potter's mark on the bottom. Negligible wear to the unglazed foot as shown is consistent with age and prior use.

Approximate dimensions: 9 ¾ inches in diameter; 2 ½ inches high.
