Add Chinoiserie style to any vignette with this lovely vintage porcelain lidded jar painted with pastoral scenes and flowers. Its predominantly blue coloration is a nice counterpoint to other Chinese porcelain pieces.
In overall great condition for its vintage age, neither the lid nor jar of this piece has cracks, chips, or crazing (fine cracks in the glaze). Minor wear to the unglazed foot as shown consistent with age and prior use. Original potter's mark on the bottom.
Approximate dimensions: 4 ¼ inches tall including the lid; 4 inches in diameter at widest point.
