Vintage Signed Asian Bird Watercolor in Faux Bamboo Frame

This original vintage painting of a yellow bird perched among flowing grasses will be a welcome addition to any wall or mantel. The faux bamboo frame with gold finish complements the piece perfectly.

In overall very good condition for its vintage age, the artwork itself has no tears or stains. Some fading of the mat and minor wear of the wooden frame as shown is consistent with the piece's age and prior use. The frame's glass has no large cracks or chips. The artist's signature and chop mark appear along the lower left corner of the painting. Wear to the backing paper as shown. The piece retains an original label from the Hartford Framing Company, Inc. Metal hanging hardware is attached to the back of the frame.

Approximate dimensions: Framed piece measures 14 inches wide by 11 inches tall. Exposed painting area is 9 inches wide by 5 ½ inches tall.
