Vintage Takahashi Blue and White Arita Porcelain Trinket Dish
This lovely vintage Japanese porcelain dish would be a great addition to your blue and white collection. It would work perfectly as a stylish catchall for keys and change on an entry table or desk. Decorated in the Arita style, the plate's geometric motifs are reminiscent of a patchwork quilt.
In great condition for its vintage age, this piece has no cracks, chips, or crazing (fine cracks in the glaze). Please note that the white area shown on the rim of the piece is not a chip but rather the manner in which the glaze was applied before firing. Original potter's mark on the back as well as a Takahashi San Francisco label.
Approximate dimensions: 7 ⅛ inches by 5 ⅛ inches; 1 inch high.
